About the area:
The town of Grimsby is ideal for us, with easy access to the QEW for Andy's commute, and very convenient to race tracks in any direction. The Niagara region is beautiful, with a good mix of urban convenience and access to lots of outdoor recreation & opportunity.
About the house:
The house is in great condition, with a large 27' X 30" attached garage, large lot and private back yard. It was solidly built in the 1960's, well cared for, and has been updated to make it a good starting point. The city zoning department confirmed that an extension of 30' or so on the existing garage is possible if we decide to enlarge it in the future.
